The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, line 5, by removing the period inserting a comma and the following:

"with the following amendments:

On page 7, by inserting a new subsection 10.02, to read as follows, “10.2. In case of national recertification, any licensure suspension shall immediately by removed, and no further discipline may occur, if information is provided indicating that recertification has not lapsed.””
